New Study Raises Alarm on Neuropsychiatric Risks Following COVID-19 Injections
A newly published peer-reviewed study has revealed troubling safety signals connecting COVID-19 injections to a wide range of neuropsychiatric adverse events—including cognitive impairment, psychiatric illness and even suicidal or homicidal thoughts.
The study, titled Association Between COVID-19 Vaccination and Neuropsychiatric Conditions, was published in the International Journal of Innovative Research in Medical Sciences and co-authored by a respected team of medical doctors, researchers, and clinicians including Dr. James Thorp, Dr. Steven Hatfill, Dr. Peter Breggin, Dr. Drew Pinsky, and Dr. Peter McCullough.
Using data drawn from the CDC and FDA’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), the authors conducted a comprehensive review of 35 yrs worth of vaccine safety data—including a 4-year window specifically focused on COVID-19 products—and compared reports of neuropsychiatric events after COVID injections to those reported after influenza shots and all other vaccines combined.
The results were staggering. The researchers identified:
-
47 adverse events related to cognitive impairment
-
28 adverse events related to psychiatric illness
-
11 adverse events related to suicide or homicide
Among the adverse events flagged were:
-
Memory loss
-
Brain fog
-
Hallucinations
-
Delusions
-
Paranoia
-
Psychosis
-
Mania
-
Panic attacks
-
Depression
-
Suicidal thoughts
-
Aggression
-
Attempted suicide
This study gives empirical weight to what many Canadians have been observing and reporting anecdotally since the rollout began: unexpected neurological and psychological changes in themselves or their loved ones following COVID-19 injections. These safety signals are not only real—they are off the charts.
Yet health authorities in Canada, including former Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Theresa Tam and provincial health leaders like Dr. Bonnie Henry, have remained silent on the possibility of long-term neurological harm linked to the products they aggressively promoted. While Canadian public health messaging focused on “safe and effective,” concerns about cognitive decline, panic attacks, suicidal ideation, and psychiatric breakdowns were ignored, dismissed, or censored.
CHD Canada has consistently called for transparency, accountability and rigorous post-market surveillance of these experimental products. This new study underscores the failure of health agencies to investigate or even acknowledge clear and compelling safety signals coming directly from official data sources.
Canadians deserve answers. They deserve to know why our public health officials ignored these warning signs—and why people continue to be harmed without recognition or recourse. And they deserve the freedom to make truly informed decisions about their health, without coercion, censorship or gaslighting.
We call on federal and provincial officials—including Canada’s new Health Minister Marjorie Michel—to publicly address these findings and launch an independent investigation into the neurological safety of COVID-19 injections. The data is publicly available. The evidence is mounting. The silence from public health authorities is unacceptable.
It’s time to stop pretending these harms don’t exist—and start listening to the voices of those who have been harmed.
