MAHA Commission Hits the Road to Tackle Childhood Disease Epidemic
U.S. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced that the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Commission will take its mission on the road, organizing roundtable discussions across the U.S. to hear directly from the public about solutions to the growing childhood chronic disease epidemic.
The announcement followed a high-profile meeting with health freedom advocates, where key issues like food safety, vaccine transparency, and the impact of social media on children’s health were discussed. Kennedy emphasized that the commission—established by President Donald Trump’s executive order—aims to challenge corporate influence over public health policies.
Among the major initiatives:
✔ Food Safety Reforms – The FDA is being directed to eliminate loopholes that allow unsafe additives, while new dietary guidelines will focus on whole, unprocessed foods.
✔ Baby Formula Overhaul – Kennedy is pushing for the availability of healthier European formulas, citing concerns over seed oils in American products.
✔ Vaccine Safety Studies – The CDC will conduct long-overdue research on a possible vaccine-autism link.
✔ Social Media & Screen Addiction – The administration is addressing the health risks of digital addiction and electromagnetic radiation exposure in children.
With a 100-day deadline for its initial assessment, the MAHA Commission is positioning itself as a force for radical transparency and a return to evidence-based medicine. As Kennedy put it, “This regime of propaganda and gaslighting is over.”
The MAHA Moms—a growing grassroots movement—are playing a key role in shaping the commission’s agenda. Kennedy even noted that Big Food fears these moms more than any politician.
While the road trip is focused on the U.S., we can only hope they stop in some Canadian border towns—because our kids deserve better too!
