The Abduction of Lawyer Dr. Reiner Fuellmich
In October 2023, a German lawyer (also licensed to practice in California) was lured to Tijuana airport in Mexico under the pretext of replacing a lost passport. Within 24-hours and without an arrest warrant, a hearing, or an extradition or deportation process, he was forced onto a plane and delivered to German officials. His name is Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, and his real “crime” may have been his extensive investigation into the Covid pandemic.
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich (PhD in Law) is a German/American Corporate lawyer for over 27 years who specialized in consumer protection and corporate wrongdoing. Two of his most high-profile cases were against Deutsche Bank and Volkswagen.
Reiner’s Investigation into Covid
In early 2020 Reiner was on his ranch in California with his wife Inka when she began getting phone calls from family in Germany. They were worried because the government was talking about lockdowns, something that had never happened before. She told Reiner that with his expertise as a lawyer, he should look into it.
Reiner returned to Germany and in July 2020 set up the Corona Investigative Committee (CIC).
He started the investigation wanting answers to three main questions:
– How dangerous is the virus really?
– How reliable is the PCR test used to detect infection?
– What damage have the anti-COVID measures caused?
In October 2021 I interviewed Reiner and by that time he had interviewed over 150 experts in many professions, including scientists, doctors, whistle-blowers, journalists, lawyers and many other professionals. His conclusion, based on the evidence he had collected, was that there was a new coronavirus going around, but its impact on society was no worse than the common flu.
The illusion of a pandemic had been created in large part due to a PCR test* that was formulated by German Virologist Christian Drosten in January 2020. Drosten deliberately set the cycle rate of his PCR test very high, at 45 cycles, which will return over 90% false positives. A team of PCR experts reviewed his PCR test in November 2020 and found 10 serious flaws with it. One of the main flaws was the high cycle rate. They write,
If someone is tested by PCR as positive when a threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used (as is the case in most laboratories in Europe & the US), the probability that said person is actually infected is less than 3%, the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%.
Drosten’s PCR test was recommended by the World Health Organization as the gold standard test for detecting SARS-CoV-2 infections and was rolled out to hundreds of millions of people.
*The inventor of the PCR test was the late Kary Mullis for which he received a Nobel Prize in 1993.
The Peoples Grand Jury
In February 2022 and with the help of a team of lawyers, Reiner setup a Peoples Grand Jury. This was based on the U.S. Grand Jury system (it was not an official Grand Jury). Its purpose was to present the evidence and expert testimony to the general public that contradicted the official narrative of an alleged pandemic, so they could make up their own mind about it. It was livestreamed on the internet and ran until around June 2022.
Reiner’s Abduction from Mexico by the Gottingen Public Prosecutors office in Germany
From January 2023 Reiner had been staying in Mexico with his wife Inka when their passports were either misplaced or stolen (according to Reiner, they disappeared, but then suddenly reappeared later).
He was told he could pick up new passports by flying to Tijuana. At Tijuana airport he was held by Mexican Immigration officials and shortly thereafter forced onto a plane on October 11th (accompanied by Mexican Immigration officials) and flown to Frankfurt, Germany, landing on October 13, 2023. This is documented in the Gottingen prosecution’s case file. Reiner describes part of what it says,
As part of the prosecution’s case file, in an email dated September 1, 2023, Lars Roggartz (one of the German officials organizing Reiners abduction from Mexico) informs (German) prosecutor John that their plan was to lure me (Reiner) back to Tijuana under the pretext that I need to sign something in connection with my passport… With the help of the Mexican immigration, they would then force him onto a plane back to Frankfurt.
There were no grounds for a deportation as Reiner had entered Mexico legally with the correct visa and had not committed any crime there. As Reiner says,
“That I could only be arrested in Mexico based on a Mexican arrest warrant, which of course was never issued, as I had not committed any crime in Mexico, not entered the country illegally and there was no extradition request for a crime I might have committed in Germany…”
An extradition is a formal legal proceeding that requires a hearing. The German authorities did not want to attempt an extradition, because the German/European arrest warrant was false (as you will see later), and this would have come out in an extradition hearing. So, they had to resort to abducting him.
The Embezzlement Allegations Against Reiner and the False Arrest Warrant
The charges against Reiner were that he had embezzled some €700,000 from donors to his Corona Investigative Committee. Reiner had been concerned that the German government would seize the donations. So instead, he purchased gold and took out loans from the company (which was perfectly legal). The loans were invested in property. This would be a more secure way of protecting the donations from people.
Part of the arrest warrant had alleged that Reiner could not pay back the loans. This was proven false, as he was more than capable of paying back the loans because he owned a house in Germany with more than enough equity to cover the loans. (* see side note below)
The alleged illegal loans had been thoroughly investigated earlier by a senior German prosecutor Reinecke in 2022. Reiner writes, “On June 14, 2022, she concluded that no criminally relevant conduct was apparent” and she closed the case.
A few months later, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Göttingen in Germany reopened the case. They brought in a junior prosecutor by the name of John to take over the case.
The arrest warrant created by prosecutor John and issued on March 15, 2023, was proven false on all of the charges by Reiner when he went in front of German Judge Moog on November 1, 2023. Reiner explained to Judge Moog why the arrest warrant charges were false, I insisted that I was an attorney myself, and that I would respond to the charges as made up in Prosecutor John’s arrest warrant…So finally, when all else failed, Judge Moog couldn’t stop me from speaking out any longer, and the court reporter took everything down in writing in her minutes that I said about the three central allegations contained in that arrest warrant.
Allegation Number One: Decision-Making Authority
First, the arrest warrant assumes that the members of the Corona Investigative Committee could only make joint decisions, and that they did not have the authority to individually make any decisions for or on behalf of the Corona Investigative Committee.
That was wrong, of course…Viviane Fischer and I—it says in there—and anyone else, any other shareholder, a member of the Corona Investigative Committee, did have the authority to do what we did without first asking the two substitute and totally inactive members of the Corona Investigative Committee for their approval.
Allegation Number Two: Embezzlement of Donations
The second allegation in the arrest warrant is that I simply took 200,000 euros in donations by stealing or embezzling it. That was wrong too, because there was, of course, a loan agreement for this, and this loan contract had become part of the Corona Investigative books. It was there, transparently, out in the open.
Allegation Number Three: Intent to Repay
Thirdly and crucially, Prosecutor John and Judge Moog’s arrest warrant alleges that I had, from the outset, neither been willing nor able to pay back the loan…Now that too—that I had from the outset neither been willing nor able to pay back the loan—was a blatant lie, as both my email attached to the…criminal complaint shows, and as Judge Schindler later had to grudgingly admit when all the witnesses had confirmed that I had always been willing to pay back the loan and that I had much more than enough money to pay it back.
Judge Moog was now supposed to free Reiner, because he had proven that the arrest warrant and all charges were false. But Moog did not do that, instead he handed the case over to Judge Carsten Schindler. Reiner and his main trial lawyer, Katja Woermer, requested an oral hearing, to once again explain that all of the charges in the arrest warrant had been proven false.
Schindler scheduled the oral hearing for December 19, 2023. Reiner says,
“This time we were determined to make sure that our destruction of the arrest warrant would be heard in detail, and both my defence lawyers, Katja Woermer and Dagmar Schoen, and myself, argued our case, for almost an hour and a half, that is from 10:05 am to 11.27 am, as the minutes of that hearing show.
Surely, now that we had explained everything to the court…surely now the court would finally throw the case out and let me go. No such luck, however. Absolutely nothing, absolutely not one single word of what we had explained to the court, this time in even greater detail than before criminal Judge Moog, appeared in criminal Judge Schindler’s minutes. …The only sentence you find in his (Schindler) minutes of that hearing of
December 19th is this: “The facts and the law were discussed.”
For further evidence that there were no illegal loans, during Reiner’s trial, Judge Schindler changed the original charges to something completely different on May 3, 2024. Reiner explains,
“When he instructed us that from then on (May 3, 2024) this case would no longer be about illegal loans, that is loans that were taken out in violation of Corporate Law. Rather, he informed us, that from that day on…he would try to convict me on the charges “of a violation of a secret trust agreement,” whatever that is. We were all of us dumbfounded when we heard this. It made absolutely no sense as it has no basis in anything.”
*An important side note. One of the complainants in Reiner’s arrest warrant was Marcel Templin. When Reiner sold his house in Germany (to cover his loan from the CIC), somehow Templin was able to divert the money from the sale of Reiner’s house into his own bank account. Templin stole over 1 million euros from the sale of Reiner’s house that has still not been returned to Reiner.
Sentencing
On April 24, 2025, Reiner was sentenced to 3 years and 9 months in prison. Approximately 13 months was taken off the sentence due to pre-trial detention (instead of the 18-months Reiner was held in pre-trial detention). Reiner has appealed the sentence.
Why did the German government go to such lengths to first abduct Reiner and then put him through a blatantly rigged “trial?” Reiner says,
“For political reasons, mainly to stop me from continuing with my investigation of the Pandemic”
Reiner has appealed his sentence. At the time of writing this article, February 2026, Reiner’s phone privileges have been restricted to two phone calls a week from his wife that are monitored by the prison. Anyone wanting to visit him must first be reviewed by the prison governor to see if you are allowed to visit him. This process can take weeks to organize.
