CHD’s 2025 “Moment of Truth” Conference, held November 7–9, 2025, at the JW Marriott in Austin, TX, was an incredible gathering, with over 1,000 attendees — a defining moment for health freedom and our global movement for truth in health. While most Canadians weren’t able to attend in person, now everyone can watch the talks and panel discussions online.

Children’s Health Defense brought together the voices and visionaries driving this change — an opportunity to celebrate accomplishments and focus on the work still ahead.
