Indigenous Tribunal Declares mRNA Injections “Weapons of Mass Destruction” – Global Call to Revoke Pfizer and Moderna Licenses

The Alliance of Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) International Tribunal has issued an Order and Declaration stating that mRNA nanoparticle injections meet the definition of biological and technological weapons of mass destruction under international and national law.

The decision, issued on October 9, 2025, follows a petition by legal activist Lisa Miron and Dr. Joseph Sansone, who contributed evidence from his ongoing Florida court case.

“The Tribunal finds and hereby declares that the COVID-19 injections, mRNA injections, or mRNA nanoparticle injections are in fact biological and technological weapons of mass destruction,” the Order reads, citing the Biological Weapons Convention, Canada’s Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Implementation Act (2004), and the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 (U.S.).

The Tribunal’s Rationale

The Tribunal says it reviewed hundreds of pages of scientific studies, legal briefs, and affidavits — including material filed in U.S. courts — from a number of doctors, scientists and legal experts.

Among those cited were:

  • Dr. Francis Boyle, J.D., Ph.D., who drafted the U.S. Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989

  • Dr. Ana Mihalcea, M.D., Ph.D.

  • Dr. Andrew Zywiec, M.D.

  • Dr. Paul Alexander, Ph.D.

  • Dr. Rima Laibow, M.D.

  • Dr. Jessica Rose, Dr. Kevin McKernan, Dr. David J. Speicher and others

Their affidavits and papers reportedly present evidence that the injections violate provisions of the Biological Weapons Convention and national laws in several countries.

Global Significance

The Alliance of Indigenous Nations, which holds nation-to-nation status recognized by the Canadian government, describes its International Tribunal as an Indigenous judicial authority. This marks the first governing body in the world to formally declare mRNA technology as a weapon of mass destruction.

“We ask the original peoples and the rest of mankind to stand together to give this decision and declaration the force of morality and justice,” the Tribunal wrote, condemning what it calls “the deployment of bioweapons on mankind.”

The declaration follows earlier resolutions by the World Council for Health (Florida Chapter) and local U.S. political groups that have issued similar classifications.

Global Call to Action

Following the Tribunal’s announcement, health-freedom advocate James Roguski issued a worldwide call to action, urging people everywhere to demand that the U.S. FDA revoke the biologics licenses for Pfizer and Moderna’s COVID-19 mRNA injections.

In his October 15, 2025 post, Roguski points to federal regulation 21 CFR § 601.5, which authorizes the FDA Commissioner to revoke a biologics license if the product is “not safe and effective for its intended uses.”

Roguski stresses that this is a global appeal, inviting individuals worldwide to personally contact FDA Commissioner Dr. Martin Makary to voice their concerns.

Roguski stressed that personal letters and emails are far more effective than automated messages.
