Cleveland Clinic Study Reveals Current Flu Shot Increases Flu Risk

A landmark study from the Cleveland Clinic has found that the 2024-2025 flu vaccine not only failed to protect adults, but actually INCREASED their risk of contracting the flu.

Led by Dr. Nabin Shrestha, the study tracked over 53,000 adults and revealed shocking results–those who received the flu vaccine had a 27% HIGHER risk of flu infection, with a negative vaccine effectiveness of –26.9%. These alarming results suggest that the vaccine might be doing more harm than good, raising concerns about issues like strain mismatch, immune interference or other factors that could increase vulnerability to infection.

While the study focused on healthcare workers, the findings are highly relevant to all adults. The evidence here clearly calls into question the entire approach to flu vaccinations, especially in years with poor strain matching.

It’s time to abandon the notion that vaccines are the answer and focus on safer ways to support the immune system and strengthen natural immunity.
