COVID JUSTICE RESOLUTION Drawing a Line: Never Again

The COVID response was wrong.
Unscientific. Unconstitutional.
And it must never happen again.

From school closures and business shutdowns to COVID shot mandates, censorship, and rule by executive decree, the years 2020–2023 marked one of the most sweeping suspensions of civil liberties in modern American history. Emergencies do not erase constitutional limits.

The proposed U.S. Senate COVID Justice Resolution formally declares that key COVID-era policies were grave mistakes and establishes clear limits to prevent that level of overreach from happening again. It affirms that constitutional rights do not disappear during a public-health crisis and that bodily autonomy, free speech, legislative oversight, and transparency must be protected — especially in emergencies.

More than 21,000 people have signed as of February 27. Signatures are open worldwide.

While this is a U.S. Senate resolution, its principles matter in Canada.

Our country experienced emergency declarations, shutdowns, COVID shot mandates, passport systems, travel restrictions, and professional sanctions against dissenting voices. Many Canadians are still seeking accountability.

This resolution is one formal effort to document what happened — and to ensure it never happens again.

Read it. Remember. Act.

Never again.
